Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed during Heinz Dispensing Solution business hours (Monday to Friday, 8AM-4PM EST, excluding U.S. holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers, Restrictions
We currently only offer Standard shipping via UPS as our default shipping method.
We only ship domestically within the United States and do not ship to US territories or military APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that some areas within the United States may have limited UPS service or additional delivery restrictions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the dimensions and weight of the order and shipping destination.
Shipping costs include standard UPS rates and may not include additional services such as signature upon delivery or insurance.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping estimated delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination and distance from our fulfillment center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and can take 1-5 business days.
Please note that potential delays may occur due to holidays, periods of high demand, inclement weather, or natural disasters.
Order Tracking Information
Once orders are shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipment tracking number within 24 business hours. See Order Processing Time section for standard business hours.
Customers can track their orders online through the UPS website using the provided tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit during shipment before it is delivered, we will work with UPS to resolve the issue and re-ship your order automatically. Delays to standard shipping delivery times may result.
