Heinz Verified Loyalty is a free rewards program designed exclusively for foodservice operators (1-19 units) and is an additional enhancement to the current Heinz Verified program. Members earn points for qualifying Kraft Heinz product purchases and can redeem those points for free equipment, Heinz-branded merchandise, marketing support, and more.
• Free to join — no cost to the operator
• 25 bonus points awarded at enrollment
• 5 additional bonus points for completing a full profile
• 25 bonus points each time an operator advances to the next tier
• Points accrue automatically based on billback data from qualifying case purchases
All tiers above Insider require the operator to be purchasing ketchup as part of their Kraft Heinz pricing program. Annual case thresholds must be met to unlock each tier's earn rate:
Insider: No case requirement
Bronze: 250 cases/year (earn 5 pts per case)
Silver: 750 cases/year (earn 7.5 pts per case)
Gold: 2,500 cases/year (earn 10 pts per case)

Operators are eligible if they are street-level foodservice operators (1-19 units). If a street-level operator would like to participate in Heinz Verified Loyalty, they must terminate any other existing program with Kraft Heinz (GPO, ODE, Express Rates, etc...) and their sole program must be a Heinz Verified Pricing Program.
Operators must create their account directly at Heinz Verified - Away From Home | Kraft Heinz(opens in a new window).
Once your account is created and you are an “Insider” member, a sales representative will visit you to place you on your Heinz Verified Pricing Program so that you can automatically start earning points on purchases and advance to higher tier levels.
The primary earning mechanism is automated point accrual through billback data when an operator is on a qualifying Heinz Verified pricing program and meets the minimum case threshold for their tier. Additional earning opportunities include:
• Enrollment bonus: 25 points upon joining
• Profile completion bonus: 5 points for completing the portal profile
• Tier advancement bonus: 25 points each time an operator moves up a tier
• Sales rep call request: 3 points awarded for scheduling a call, once per month
• Invoice uploads: 4 points per upload, up to 5 per month (coming soon)
• Promotional and engagement activities: additional point opportunities will be released throughout 2026

Billback data — the primary source for automated point accrual — can lag 1 to 3 months from the time of purchase to distributor submission, thus delaying your points accrual in the loyalty portal.
