Heinz Verified Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview of the Heinz Verified Loyalty Program
The Heinz Verified (HV) Loyalty Program is a tiered rewards and engagement program (the “Program”) offered by Kraft Heinz Foods Company (“Kraft Heinz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. Enrollment also constitutes consent to receive Program-related email communications, even if you choose not to subscribe to Kraft Heinz’s broader marketing communications.
2. Eligibility
The Program is intended for eligible business customers, operators, or partners as defined by Kraft Heinz. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States or Canada to participate. Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on your tier or business status.
3. Program Tiers
The Program includes three membership tiers:
Insider: New Operators who enroll; primary accrual via invoice uploads and approved engagement activities.
Bronze (Tier 1): Operators with a valid SAP Operator ID and an active pricing program that includes ketchup. Must purchase a minimum of 250 cases annually
Silver (Tier 2): Same as Bronze, but requires a minimum of +750 cases purchased annually.
Gold (Tier 3): Same as Silver, but requires a minimum of +2,500 cases purchased annually
Tier status is determined by eligibility criteria defined by Kraft Heinz and may be updated annually or at our discretion. Tier status and eligibility are also contingent upon members’ continued compliance with all agreements between Operator and Kraft Heinz, including without limitation any pricing program terms and conditions. Kraft Heinz reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or remove Operators from this Program.
4. Earning Points
Members may earn points through activities including, but not limited to:
Uploading eligible invoices (Insider, Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Providing approved billback data (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Following Heinz Verified or Kraft Heinz Away From Home on official social media channels
Completing your loyalty Program profile
Requesting contact from a sales representative
Participating in approved surveys or engagement activities
Kraft Heinz reserves the right to verify the validity of submitted invoices, billback data, and activities.
Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable outside of the Program. Redeemable points expire after 2 years from accrual date.
5. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed on the Heinz Verified Loyalty Rewards Store(opens in a new window) for rewards including, but not limited to:
Downloadable digital content
Merchandise offered in the HV Rewards Store
All redemptions are final. Rewards redeemed using HV loyalty points cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except where prohibited by law.
Kraft Heinz may change available rewards, point requirements, or reward values at any time without notice.
6. Communications Consent
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive:
Loyalty-specific email communications
Notifications related to points, rewards, tier status, or Program updates
This consent is required for participation in the Program and applies even if you do not opt into other Kraft Heinz marketing or promotional communications.
You may opt out of general marketing communications at any time, but cannot opt out of Program-operational communications while remaining enrolled.
7. Program Changes and Termination
Kraft Heinz may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to the Program portal and are effective upon posting.
We reserve the right to revoke membership or points if fraudulent activity, program abuse, or violations of these Terms are detected by Kraft Heinz.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kraft Heinz is not liable for:
Lost, deleted, or misapplied points
Technical issues impacting participation
Errors in billback or invoice validation
Changes to available rewards or Program structure
9. Governing Law
(a) This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding any choice of law rules, which may direct the application of the law of any other jurisdiction. The Parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to any transaction between the parties.
(b) The Parties hereby confirm that they have agreed that all written documents between them be prepared in the English language only and such language shall be the governing language.
(c) The Parties hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive in personam jurisdiction of any state court of general jurisdiction and the federal courts of the United States of America located within Cook County, State of Illinois, USA, with respect to any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these terms. The Parties shall bring any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these terms only in the federal or state courts located in such county.
(d) Registered or certified mail of any legal process shall constitute lawful and valid service of process in any such proceeding, suit or controversy.
