Order Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed during Heinz Dispensing Solution business hours (Monday to Friday, 8AM-4PM EST, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers, Restrictions

  • We currently only offer Standard shipping via UPS as our default shipping method.

  • We only ship domestically within the United States and do not ship to US territories or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Please note that some areas within the United States may have limited UPS service or additional delivery restrictions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the dimensions and weight of the order and shipping destination.

  • Shipping costs include standard UPS rates and may not include additional services such as signature upon delivery or insurance.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping estimated delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination and distance from our fulfillment center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and can take 1-5 business days.

  • Please note that potential delays may occur due to holidays, periods of high demand, inclement weather, or natural disasters.

Order Tracking Information

  • Once orders are shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipment tracking number within 24 business hours. See Order Processing Time section for standard business hours.

  • Customers can track their orders online through the UPS website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit during shipment before it is delivered, we will work with UPS to resolve the issue and re-ship your order automatically. Delays to standard shipping delivery times may result.
