These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to the Heinz EazySauce and Sauce-O-Mat Dispenser Request Promotion (“Promotion”) as set forth below and which is offered by H.J. Heinz Foods UK Ltd having its registered office in TheShard, 32LondonBridgeStreet ,London, SE19SG and/or one of its affiliated companies (collectively referred to herein as “Heinz”). By participating in this Promotion, you unconditionally agree to the applicability of these Terms. This Promotion is a business-to-business Promotion intended solely for professional foodservice operators in the United Kingdom. It is not a consumer Promotion and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. This Promotion may be advertised on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Participation in the Promotion does not require any interaction with these platforms.

Article 1 – General

1. Participation is open to residents of the UK who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of request and who are authorised representatives of a professional foodservice operator. A “foodservice operator” means a business or individual operating within the hospitality or foodservice industry, including (but not limited to) restaurants, pubs, cafés, takeaways, caterers, contract caterers, quick service outlets, hotels and similar establishments serving food to the public.

2. To participate in the Promotion, eligible foodservice operators must complete and submit the Dispenser request form available on the Heinz Away From Home UK website.

3. Operators may request one (1) or more dispenser items from the available selection on the request form. Available items may include Heinz EazySauce dispensers, Heinz Sauce-O-Mat dispensers and/or Heinz EazySauce dishwasher trays, subject to availability and approval by Heinz.

4. One (1) request may be submitted per UK business location. A “business location” means a single physical trading address. Multi-site operators, or operators operating within a franchised business model, may submit one (1) request per business location, subject to approval at Heinz’s absolute discretion.

5. Where a request has already been submitted from a business location, any further claims from the same location will be invalid.

6. Where an operator wishes to request dispenser items for more than one (1) business location, including where it operates multiple sites or within a franchised business model, this must be indicated on the request form. Heinz may contact the operator to request further information about its business and site requirements and will review eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Heinz reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine whether any dispenser items will be supplied and, if so, the number, type and allocation of dispenser items to be provided.

7. Heinz employees, agents, distributors, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

8. Heinz is entitled to modify these Terms during the Promotion Period without prior notice to participants.

9. Modifications of these Terms by Heinz will be published on https://www.kraftheinzawayfromhome.com/en-GB/dispensers (opens in a new window)where you have the ability to save and/or print a copy of the Terms.

Article 2 – Data

1. To participate in the Promotion, and to enable Heinz to administer the Promotion, you will be asked to provide personal data to Heinz, such as your first name, last name, business name, business address, email address, telephone number, number of sites or locations, operation type and role within the business.

2. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree and acknowledge that Heinz may contact you about your sample, Heinz dispenser and related offers.

3. You may also be asked to confirm whether this is your first Heinz dispenser, or a replacement for an existing one.

4. Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Heinz's Privacy Policy, which can be consulted online at https://www.kraftheinzawayfromhome.com/en-GB/privacy-policy(opens in a new window)

5. Additional business information may also be requested, necessary for Heinz to assess eligibility. Failure to provide reasonable verification may result in rejection.

6. You guarantee that all information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. Claims containing incorrect, misleading or incomplete information may be invalidated and not approved.

Article 3 – How the Promotion Operates

1. This Promotion will run from 2pm on 15^th June 2026 to 2pm on 15^th December 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

2. Requests submitted outside of the Promotion Period may not be accepted.

3. Under the Promotion, professional foodservice operators may request one (1) or more dispenser items from the available selection, which may include Heinz EazySauce dispensers, Heinz Sauce-O-Mat dispensers and/or Heinz EazySauce dishwasher trays, subject to availability and approval by Heinz.

4. Available dispenser items to request may include:

(a) Heinz EazySauce

i. 1 x Heinz EazySauce Cartridge Neutral (76022027)

ii. 1 x Heinz EazySauce Cartridge Red (76022031)

iii. 1 x Heinz EazySauce Cartridge Black (76022033)

iv. 1 x Heinz EazySauce Dishwasher Tray (76022020)

(b) Heinz Sauce-O-Mat

i. 1 x Heinz Sauce-O-Mat 2.5L Ketchup Dispenser (652814/00)

ii. 1 x Heinz Sauce-O-Mat 2.5L Mayonnaise Dispenser (652816/00)

iii. 1 x Heinz Sauce-O-Mat 2.5L Mustard Dispenser (652817/00)

iv. 1 x Heinz Sauce-O-Mat 2.5L HP & BBQ Dispenser (652818/00)

v. 1 x Heinz Sauce-O-Mat 5L Ketchup Dispenser (652997/00)

5. All requested items are subject to availability. Heinz does not guarantee that all requested items, colours, formats or quantities will be available at the time of request.

6. Heinz will review each request and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the applicant is eligible to receive a Heinz dispenser item in accordance with the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms (“Approved Applicants”), Submission of a request does not guarantee receipt of a dispenser item, and all requests remain subject to approval, availability and verification by Heinz.

7. Approved Applicants may be contacted via email or telephone using the contact details provided and may be required to supply further verification of information for Heinz to assess eligibility.

8. If an applicant does not respond to a request for further information within 14 calendar days, Heinz reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion offer and, where applicable, allocate the Promotion offer to another eligible applicant.

9. Heinz is not responsible for requests that are not received due to website errors, technical issues, internet connectivity issues, incomplete submissions, system failures or any other circumstances beyond Heinz’s reasonable control.

10. Any dispenser item supplied under the Promotion is personal to the Approved Applicant and may only be delivered to the business location specified in the request. Dispenser items cannot be returned, assigned, transferred, exchanged for cash or resold.

11. Heinz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select the colour, format or type of any dispenser item supplied under the Promotion. Participants acknowledge that no preferred Heinz EazySauce dispenser colour, Sauce-O-Mat dispenser type, dishwasher tray or related item can be guaranteed.

12. The Promotion is offered subject to availability. Heinz may pause, withdraw, amend or limit distribution under the Promotion at any time where demand exceeds supply, where stock is unavailable, or where operational constraints require such action.

13 Any dispenser item supplied under the Promotion is provided for professional foodservice use only. Approved Applicants and their businesses are responsible for ensuring that any Heinz dispenser item is used, stored, cleaned and maintained in compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene, storage and handling requirements.

14. Any dispenser item supplied under the Promotion must not be:

(a) resold;

(b) used for retail sale;

(d) assigned or transferred; or

(e) redistributed to third parties.

15. Heinz dispenser items will be delivered only to the verified UK business trading address supplied in the request form.

16. Heinz accepts no liability for misuse, improper use, incorrect cleaning, improper storage or improper handling of any dispenser item after delivery. Approved Applicants are responsible for using, cleaning, storing and handling any dispenser item in compliance with applicable food safety and hygiene regulations, and any instructions or guidance provided by Heinz.

17. All Promotion claims must be received by Heinz by no later than 15^th December 2026. All claims received after this moment are automatically void.

Article 4 – Shipping costs

1. All reasonably incurred costs related to the standard shipment of any approved dispenser item, including VAT where applicable, will be paid by Heinz.

2. Approved dispenser items will be sent only to the verified UK business trading address provided by the Approved Applicant at the time of submitting the request, or as later verified by Heinz.

3. Heinz will aim to dispatch approved dispenser items within four (4) weeks of approval of the request. Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, operational capacity, stock levels and external logistics factors.

4. Heinz accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, supply chain disruption, system issues, incomplete or incorrect address information supplied by the applicant, or failure by the applicant to respond to verification requests.

5. If delivery of an approved dispenser item is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant, refusal of delivery, unavailability at the delivery address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, Heinz reserves the right not to re-send the dispenser item.

Article 5 – Liability

1. You agree that participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

2. By submitting a request under this Promotion, you confirm that all information provided (including personal details, business details, operator information and delivery address) is accurate, complete and up to date. You agree to indemnify Heinz for any losses arising from the submission of inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Heinz will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss or damage, direct and/or indirect, incurred by an applicant in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to:

(a) the dispenser items sent by Heinz;

(b) the cancellation, interruption, or alteration of the Promotion;

(d) Misuse of the dispenser items; or

(e) the unlawful use of any used systems by third parties.

4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Article 6 – Rights of Heinz

1. Heinz reserves the right to reject any request which has not been made in compliance with these Terms or any applicable legal obligation, without prior notice and at its own discretion, without being liable for any possible damages. Heinz's decision will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into regarding eligibility or approval decisions.

2. Heinz reserves the right to withdraw an applicant's request in the event that the applicant has contravened any of these Terms.

3. Heinz reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion without prior notice and at its own discretion, without being liable for any possible damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, pauses in distribution due to high demand, stock shortages or operational constraints.

4. Unauthorised modification of software applications used for the Promotion without prior consent by Heinz ('hacking') is prohibited. Heinz will hold you liable for any damage suffered by Heinz in this respect.

5. Neither the Promotion nor the Heinz dispenser items may be used to:

(a) voice political, religious, violent, sexual or racist opinions which are unlawful or are contrary to good morals;

(b) offend, tease, discriminate or make any sexual allusion;

(d) damage Heinz's good name;

(e) infringe the (intellectual property) rights of third parties.

6. Approved Applicants may refer to or share content relating to the Promotion on their own social media channels, provided that such content is lawful, accurate, and does not damage Heinz’s reputation or infringe any third-party rights. Participants must not imply any formal partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Heinz beyond receipt of the Promotion. Heinz is under no obligation to monitor, approve, or repost any such content.

Article 8 – Miscellaneous

1. If and to the extent that any provisions of these Terms are not legally valid or are declared void or unenforceable by any court, the other provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.

2. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.

3. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and/or the Promotion shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
