These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to the Heinz 1L Bottle Sample Request Scheme (“Scheme”) as set forth below and which is offered by H.J. Heinz Foods UK Ltd having its registered office in The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and/or one of its affiliated companies (collectively referred to herein as “Heinz”). By submitting a request, you unconditionally agree to the applicability of these Terms. This Scheme is a business-to-business programme intended solely for professional foodservice operators in the United Kingdom. It is not a consumer promotion and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. This Scheme may be advertised on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Participation in the Scheme does not require any interaction with these platforms.
1.1 Participation is open to residents of the UK who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of submission and who are authorised representatives of a professional foodservice operator. A “foodservice operator” means a business or individual operating within the hospitality or foodservice industry, including (but not limited to) restaurants, pubs, cafés, takeaways, caterers, contract caterers, quick service outlets, hotels and similar establishments serving food to the public.
1.2 Only one (1) request per UK business location may be approved. A “business location” means a single physical trading address. Multi-site operators, or operators working within a franchised business model, may submit one request per site, subject to approval at Heinz’s absolute discretion.
1.3 Where a request has already been submitted from a business location, any further requests from the same location will be invalid.
1.4 Heinz employees, agents, distributors, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Scheme are not eligible to participate.
1.5 Heinz is entitled to modify these Terms during the Scheme Period without prior notice to participants.
1.6 Modifications of these Terms by Heinz will be published on Heinz's website https://www.kraftheinzawayfromhome.com/en-GB/1litre(opens in a new window) where you have the ability to save and/or print a copy of the Terms.
2.1 To participate in the Scheme, and to enable Heinz to administer the Scheme, you will be asked to provide personal data to Heinz, such as your name, business name, business address, email address, telephone number and role within the business. Personal data collected in connection with the Scheme will be processed in accordance with Heinz's Privacy Policy, which can be consulted online at https://www.kraftheinzawayfromhome.com/en-GB/privacy-policy.
2.2 Additional business information may also be requested, including operator type, number of sites and any other information necessary for Heinz to assess eligibility. Failure to provide reasonable verification may result in rejection.
2.3 You guarantee that all information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. Requests containing incorrect, misleading or incomplete information may be invalidated and not approved.
3.1 This Scheme will run from 10am on 6th February 2026 to 12 noon on 6th May 2026 (the "Scheme Period ").
3.2 Under the Scheme, applicants can request one (1) complimentary Heinz 1L Bottle sample (“Sample”). To request a Sample, applicants must:
(a) click the designated Scheme link on the https://www.kraftheinzawayfromhome.com/en-GB/1litre(opens in a new window) which will open a pre-populated email to RouteToMarket_UK@kraftheinz.com;
(b) complete all required fields in the request template, including personal and business details;
(c) confirm the business location and delivery address for Sample delivery; and
(d) send the completed email.
3.3 Heinz will review each request and determine, in its sole discretion, whether an applicant is eligible to receive a Sample in accordance with the above mentioned eligibility criteria (“Approved Applicants”). Submission of a request does not guarantee receipt of a Sample.
3.4 Approved Applicants will be contacted via email using the contact details provided and may be required to supply further verification information (including confirmation of their role, business address or operator type).
3.5 If an applicant does not respond to a request for further information within 14 calendar days, Heinz reserves the right to withdraw the Sample offer and, where applicable, allocate the Sample to another eligible applicant.
3.6 Heinz is not responsible for requests that are not received due to email delivery errors, spam filtering or technical issues.
3.7 The Sample is personal to the Approved Applicant and may only be delivered to the business location specified in the request. The Sample cannot be returned, is non-assignable and non-transferable.
3.8 Only one (1) Sample may be approved per business location. Where a Sample has already been approved for a business location, additional requests from the same location will not be approved.
3.9 Heinz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select the flavour of Heinz 1L product sample. Participants acknowledge that no preferred Heinz 1L flavour can be guaranteed.
3.10 The Scheme is offered subject to availability. Heinz may pause, withdraw or limit Sample distribution at any time where demand exceeds supply or where operational constraints require such action.
3.11 The Sample is provided for professional evaluation purposes only. Approved Applicants and their businesses are responsible for ensuring that the Sample is used in compliance with applicable food safety, storage and handling requirements. The sample must not be:
(a) resold;
(b) used for retail sale; or
(c) redistributed to third parties.
3.12 Samples will be delivered only to the verified UK business trading address supplied.
3.13 Heinz accepts no liability for misuse or improper storage of the Sample after delivery. Approved Applicants are responsible for storing and handling the product in compliance with applicable food safety regulations.
3.14 All Sample requests must be received by Heinz by no later than 12 noon on 6th May 2026. All requests received after this moment are automatically void.
4.1 All reasonably incurred costs related to shipment of the Sample (including VAT) will be paid by Heinz.
4.2 The Sample will be sent only to the UK business address provided by the Approved Applicant at the time of submitting the request, or as later verified.
4.3 Heinz will aim to dispatch the Sample within four (4) weeks after approval of the request. Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, operational capacity and external logistics factors.
4.4 Heinz accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery arising from circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to courier delays, supply chain disruption or incomplete/incorrect address information supplied by the applicant.
4.5 If delivery of the Sample is not possible due to incorrect information provided by the applicant, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, Heinz reserves the right not to re-send the Sample.
5.1 You agree that participation in the Scheme is voluntary.
5.2 By submitting a request under this Scheme, you confirm that all information provided (including personal details, business details, operator information and delivery address) is accurate, complete and up to date. You agree to indemnify Heinz for any losses arising from the submission of inaccurate or misleading information.
5.3 Heinz will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss or damage, direct and/or indirect, incurred by an applicant in connection with the Scheme, including but not limited to:
(a) the Sample sent by Heinz;
(b) the cancellation, interruption, or alteration of the Scheme;
(c) failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of the Sample;
(d) Misuse of the sample; or
(e) the unlawful use of any used systems by third parties.
5.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
6.1 Heinz reserves the right to reject any request which has not been made in compliance with these Terms or any applicable legal obligation, without prior notice and at its own discretion, without being liable for any possible damages. Heinz's decision will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into regarding eligibility or approval decisions.
6.2 Heinz reserves the right to withdraw an applicant's request in the event that the applicant has contravened any of these Terms.
6.3 Heinz reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Scheme without prior notice and at its own discretion, without being liable for any possible damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, pauses in sample distribution due to high demand, stock shortages or operational constraints.
6.4 Unauthorised modification of software applications used for the Scheme without prior consent by Heinz ('hacking') is prohibited. Heinz will hold you liable for any damage suffered by Heinz in this respect.
6.5 Neither the Scheme nor the Sample may be used to:
(a) voice political, religious, violent, sexual or racist opinions which are unlawful or are contrary to good morals;
(b) offend, tease, discriminate or make any sexual allusion;
(c) place harmful software (e.g. viruses or worms) on Heinz's software;
(d) damage Heinz's good name;
(e) infringe the (intellectual property) rights of third parties.
6.6 Approved Applicants may refer to or share content relating to the Sample on their own social media channels, provided that such content is lawful, accurate, and does not damage Heinz’s reputation or infringe any third-party rights. Participants must not imply any formal partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Heinz beyond receipt of the Sample. Heinz is under no obligation to monitor, approve, or repost any such content.

8.1 If and to the extent that any provisions of these Terms are not legally valid or are declared void or unenforceable by any court, the other provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.
8.2 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
8.3 All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and/or the Scheme shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
